Blog #5

A few years back I began to start becoming very serious about working out and getting into shape. To help me with this I knew there was more to just working out if i wanted to be in better shape, I learned the other side to it was the nutrition side which plays a big role. I grew interest and began researching a lot on the subject. In order to help me I began reading many blogs, websites, books, magazines, etc. I even wrote a research paper on the topic during my senior year of high school. I believe this is something that I will always hold an interest in as I would like to stay healthy and maximize my ability to stay fit and work out.

  1. I think that nutrition is very important but very interesting as well. Sadly I haven't had much time to research a lot on that but I would like to. It's cool that you wrote a research paper on this subject. I think it is one of the best ways to know more about something.

  2. In order to stay in shape you have to know what foods to eat, and what beverages to drink. What I mean about that is you want be able to drink soda, and all them other sugary drinks. And you also have to keep your body up with you not just running but with you stretching , and giving your body the right amount of rest other wise everything you do will be pointless because you body have yet to recover.

  3. Most people believe they can just workout without having to have the proper nutrition. The fact you did research on this topic gives you a better chance than most. Researching heath and how to stay healthy can be the deciding factor of one who can actually achieve this goal. There are so many new tricks and ways that people are told they can stay health, but when someone does their own research, they can decide for themselves. Researching this was probably difficult because there are so many ways one can be healthy.
