Blog #4

I came up with my snapshots for my paper by thinking about what I do and enjoy most. I do something soccer related almost every day, whether it's playing soccer or watching a game. So most of my snapshots paper is about soccer. I used many different experiences in my life that have to do with soccer, and put those in my paper. I also play the guitar and used to have a band so I wrote about that. Music used to be a big part of my life and it still is, so I though it would fit well in the paper. I decided to end my paper with my dream. To work for my favorite soccer team's media department in London. I've worked a long time, and I'm still working, to be able to make my way up to that job so I thought of it as a great way to end the paper. Another big point is my love for photography. I've recently gotten seriously into photography, and I've done a lot of photoshoots, so it was a great addition to the paper.

  1. First of all, huge fan of the dream to work for a soccer team in London, as those are two things I also enjoy. If you ever need to or want to fill out your snapshots paper, I would include difficulties you've had with the topics that you love so much. A setback on your way to obtaining your dream job, or a low point where your love for soccer or photography has been challenged by something or someone. I like how you can also combine your love for photography into soccer, through the media. What types of jobs or works have you done or will you need to do to get this dream job?

  2. I really like how you decided to add a snapshot of the future into your paper! I never thought about doing that, but it gives the reader a better look at who you are and who you're wishing to become.
