I really liked that you used home for your similes because there are a lot of things you can use. I especially liked "home is family" because not only does your family live at home, but no matter where you are as long as you're with your family you're home (sounds cliché but it's true). I also liked your simile "home is a restaurant" because I can relate and my favorite foods come from home and I miss a home cooked meal.
ReplyDeleteI also really liked that you chose to use home for your smilies. I am such a home body so I can definitely relate with feeling like all of those things resonate with home. I liked the home is friends and home is family ones because when I think of home, those are the two things that really stick out with me. I have been looking forward to going home for the holidays because I'll get to see my high school friends and all of my family.
